摘 要:莱钢2号1 880 m^(3)高炉的炉料结构以高碱度烧结矿为主,配酸性球团矿和天然块矿,粒度小于40 mm的焦丁也随矿石一起入炉。通过对多次炉况波动进行总结分析,逐步摸索出一整套酸性料平铺技术,经十余年来对酸性料与焦丁在烧结矿中平铺参数的持续跟踪分析,逐步掌握平铺长度与平铺位置等参数对高炉炉况的影响规律,逐步完善了酸性料平铺技术,有力地促进了炉况长期稳定顺行和经济技术指标改善。The burden structure of the No.21880 m^(3) blast furnace at Laigang is mainly composed of high alkalinity sintered ore,mixed with acidic pellet and natural lump ore,and coke with a particle size of less than 40 mm is also fed into the furnace along with the ore.By summarizing and analyzing multiple fluctuations in furnace conditions,a complete set of acid material paving technology has been gradually developed.After more than a decade of continuous tracking and analysis of the paving parameters of acid materials and coke in sintering ore,the influence of parameters such as paving length and position on the furnace condition has been gradually mastered.The acid material paving technology has been gradually improved,effectively promoting long-term stable and smooth furnace conditions and improving economic and technical indicators.
