摘 要:以绿色发展为主线,以降低能源消耗、减少污染物排放为目标,对安钢周口综合原料场采用多种新工艺、新技术进行设计,建设环保、智能和高效的原料场。该原料场实现物料100%全封闭作业,同步实现了料场粉尘源头抑尘、过程治理,颗粒污染物排放量<10 mg/m^(3),减少了料场区域95%的扬尘。Taking green development as the main line,with the goal of reducing energy consumption and pollutant emissions,a variety of new processes and technologies have been adopted for the design of the Zhoukou Comprehensive Raw Material Yard of Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.to build an environmentally friendly,intelligent and efficient raw material yard.The raw material yard realizes 100%fully closed operation of materials,and simultaneously realizes dust suppression from the source and process control of the material yard.The emission of particulate pollutants is less than 10 mg/m^(3),reducing 95%of fugitive dust in the stockyard area.
