摘 要:以1307大采高综采工作面回采为例,针对采面开采范围内地质构造复杂、煤层松软且硬度较低等问题,提出综合使用劈裂注浆、渗透注浆方式对煤层顶板及上部煤层进行注浆加固等控制技术,其中注浆浆液选用价格相对低廉的超细水泥浆。根据采面现场情况对注浆加固方案进行设计,现场应用后采面在注浆加固区域内回采期间,顶板及煤壁稳定性均得以明显增强,后续回采过程中基本不出现冒顶或片帮影响生产情况,采面回采速度达到4.0 m/d,煤炭产量可达到18万t/月,取得显著应用效果。Taking the stoping of 1307 fully mechanized working face with large mining height as an example,in view of the complex tectonics,soft and low hardness of coal seams within the mining range of the mining face,it is proposed to comprehensively use split grouting and seepage grouting to reinforce the roof of the coal seam and the upper coal seam,and select the relatively inexpensive ultra-fine cement slurry as the grouting slurry.Based on the on-site situation of the mining face,the grouting reinforcement plan was designed.After on-site application,the stability of the roof and coal wall in the grouting reinforcement area was significantly enhanced during the mining process.During the subsequent mining process,there was basically no roof fall or wall fragmentation affecting production.The mining face recovery speed was 4.0 m/d,and the coal production could reach 180000 t/month,achieving significant application effects.
