摘  要:目的利用大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型(MCAO),观察七氟烷后处理对脑缺血大鼠远期学习记忆能力的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、对照组和七氟烷组,每组28只,七氟烷组在再灌注开始时吸入1.0最小肺泡浓度(MAC)七氟烷进行后处理。再灌注后28 d,分别用氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色评估大鼠脑梗死容积,用Morris水迷宫评估大鼠的空间学习记忆能力。组间比较采用单因素或双因素方差分析。结果再灌注28 d七氟烷组的脑梗死容积为37.59%,明显小于对照组的46.21%(F=200.5,P<0.05)。水迷宫实验第5天七氟烷组的逃避潜伏期为16.25 s,明显短于对照组的27.27 s(F=24.03,P<0.05)。结论七氟烷后处理可能通过减小脑梗死容积,改善大鼠远期的空间学习和记忆能力。Objective To investigate the effect of postconditioning with sevoflurane on long-term learning and memory in Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats suffered transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Methods Male SD rats were randomly allocated into 3 groups subjected to MCAO and then treated with sevoflurane at the beginning of reperfusion.The infarct volumes were evaluated on the 28th day by 2,3,5-triphenyltertrazolium chloride(TTC)staining.Spatial learning and memory were examined by Morris water maze.Comparisons were made by one-way ANOVA or two-way ANOVA.Results The infarct volume of sevoflurane group is less than that of control group(37.59%vs.46.21%,F=200.5,P<0.05).In Morris water maze by day 5,rats in sevoflurane groups needed shorter time to find the plat-form than those in the control group(16.25 s vs.27.27 s,F=24.03,P<0.05).Conclusion Our data suggest postconditioning with sevoflurane not only reduced infarct volume but also improved spatial learning and memory for long time.
