摘 要:根据《中国药典》对姜黄素含量的要求,探讨极苦姜黄和郁金作为郁金类药用植物资源的潜在性。方法:药典收录的蓬莪术和温郁金在本研究中作对照,采用超声波提取法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC),提取、分离并测量极苦姜黄和郁金中姜黄素类含量。结果:参照物种的主成分含量均符合药典规定,极苦姜黄和郁金中姜黄素类含量差异较大,极苦姜黄的总姜黄素含量较高,郁金的总姜黄素含量最低。结论:以主成分含量初步判断极苦姜黄具有种质资源潜质,建议对其展开进一步的遗传育种等方面的深入研究;郁金无明显优势。To explore the potential of Yujin herbal resource for two species(Curcuma amarissima and Curcuma aromatica).Methods:The ultrasonic extraction method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method were used to analyze the contents of bisdemethoxycurcumin,demethoxycurcumin,curcumin and curcuminoids in both C.amarissima and C.aromatica,then to determine whether the contents in both C.amarissima and C.aromatica satisfy the rule reported in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results:The contents of curcuminoids extracted from the two species(C.amarissima and C.aromatica),though significantly different,satisfy the content rule recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:As germplasm resources,C.amarissima is better than C.aromatica according to curcuminoids contents detected in the two species;C.aromatica does not have any advantage.
