摘 要:为了探究考研学生孤独感、认知重评、手机成瘾和学习投入的关系,采用孤独感量表、情绪调节策略量表、手机成瘾量表和学习投入量表调查了380位考研学生。结果发现:(1)孤独感与手机成瘾显著正相关(r=0.37,p<0.001),二者均与学习投入显著负相关(r=-0.18、-0.32,p<0.001),而认知重评与学习投入显著正相关(r=0.31,p<0.001)。(2)中介效应检验显示,孤独感显著预测手机成瘾(β=0.37,t=7.68,p<0.001),手机成瘾显著预测学习投入(β=-0.29,t=-5.49,p<0.001),表明手机成瘾在孤独感和学习投入之间起中介作用。(3)调节效应检验显示,手机成瘾和认知重评的交互项显著预测学习投入(β=0.08,t=2.23,p<0.05),表明认知重评可以调节手机成瘾对学习投入的影响。简单斜率分析表明,认知重评可以缓冲手机成瘾对学习投入的负面影响。研究结果为理解孤独感对考研学生学习投入的影响机制提供了新的视角,并为提高考研学生学习效率提供了相关实证参考。In order to explore the relationship between loneliness,cognitive reappraisal,mobile phone addiction,and learning engagement among students preparing for the postgraduate entrance exams,380 applicants for the postgraduate entrance exams were surveyed using the Loneliness Scale,Emotional Regulation Strategy Scale,Smartphone Addiction Scale,and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-student.The results showed that:(1)loneliness was significantly positively correlated with mobile phone addiction(r=0.37,p<0.001),both were significantly negatively correlated with learning engagement(r=-0.18,-0.32,all p<0.001),while cognitive reappraisal was significantly positively correlated with learning engagement(r=0.31,p<0.001).(2)Mesomeric effect test shows that loneliness significantly predicts cell phone addiction(β=0.37,t=7.68,p<0.001),mobile phone addiction significantly predicts learning engagement(β=-0.29,t=-5.49,p<0.001),indicating that mobile phone addiction plays a mediating role between loneliness and learning engagement.(3)The moderating effect test shows that the interaction between mobile phone addiction and cognitive reappraisal significantly predicts learning engagement(β=0.08,t=2.23,p<0.05),indicating that cognitive reappraisal can regulate the impact of mobile phone addiction on learning engagement.A simple slope analysis indicates that cognitive reappraisal can buffer the negative impact of mobile phone addiction on learning engagement.The results of this study provide a new perspective for understanding the impact mechanism of loneliness on the learning engagement of students preparing for the postgraduate entrance exams,and provide relevant empirical references for improving their learning efficiency.
