含二氧化碳的天然气外输管线腐蚀机理及防治工艺研究

摘　　要：天然气的外输管道腐蚀严重时会导致天然气泄漏,为了研究天然气外输管线腐蚀机理,通过高温高压反应釜结合扫描电镜技术研究不同工况下天然气管道的腐蚀特征,分析影响天然气管道腐蚀的主控因素,揭示管线腐蚀机理。研究结果表明:当体系压力较高时,试片会发生大面积点状腐蚀,这是由于水吸附在试片表面,聚集形成相对较大的水滴,而容易造成腐蚀的气体组分进入到水滴中之后引起的;不同材质的腐蚀速率从小到大依次为:13Cr、N80、P110、316L、2205、20^(#);二氧化碳和水形成的碳酸体系会严重腐蚀天然气管线,因此对于外输含二氧化碳较多的天然气,应该严格控制外输天然气组分中水的量,尤其避免气液混输,同时配合耐腐蚀材质的管线,保证天然气管线的高效稳定运输。Serious corrosion of natural gas export pipeline will lead to natural gas leakage.In order to study the corrosion mechanism of natural gas export pipeline,the corrosion characteristics of natural gas pipeline under different working conditions were this paper studied through high-temperature high-pressure reactor combined with scanning electron microscope technology,the main control factors affecting the corrosion of natural gas pipeline were analyzed,and the pipeline corrosion mechanism was revealed.The research results showed that when the system pressure was high,the test piece would suffer from large-area pitting corrosion,which was caused by water adsorption on the surface of the test piece,gathering to form relatively large water droplets,and the gas components being easy to cause corrosion entered the water droplets.The corrosion rate of different materials from small to high was as follows:13Cr,N80,P110,316L,2205,20^(#).The carbonic acid system formed by carbon dioxide and water could seriously corrode the natural gas pipeline.Therefore,for the natural gas with more carbon dioxide,the amount of water in the components of the exported natural gas should be strictly controlled,especially the gas-liquid mixed transmission.At the same time,the pipeline made of corrosion-resistant materials should be coordinated to ensure the efficient and stable transportation of the natural gas pipeline.
