摘  要:制备了3种活性金属分布状态不同的Mo-Ni-P/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂。利用XRD、BET、NH_(3)-TPD、CO-IR等手段,分析了不同的活性金属分布状态对加氢催化剂性质的影响。结果表明:活性金属呈“内多外少”分布状态的催化剂上易还原的Mo物种的数量增多,反应性能相对较好。在相同的反应条件下,其脱硫率达到了91.6%,脱氮率达到了87.5%,与其他催化剂相比,最高分别提高了1.6、4.4个百分点。Three kinds of Mo-Ni-P/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts with different active metal distribution were prepared.The effects of different active metal distribution on the properties of hydrogenation catalysts were analyzed by means of XRD,BET,NH_(3)-TPD,CO-IR,etc.The results showed that the number of Mo species being easy to reduce on the catalyst with"more active metal inside and less active metal outside"distribution increased,and the reaction performance was relatively good.Under the same reaction conditions,the desulfurization rate reached 91.6%,and the denitrification rate reached 87.5%.Compared with other catalysts,the highest increase was 1.6 and 4.4 percentage points respectively.
