摘  要:考察了不同生物载体的挂膜特性,研究了气量、水量和固含率对内循环生物流化床流态的影响,并详细考察了水力停留时间HRT、容积负荷和空气量对载体挂膜的影响,分析挂膜成功后对废水COD的去除效果。结果表明:最佳载体为粒径1~2 mm的生物陶粒;最佳固含率为5%。反应器快速挂膜启动的最佳条件为:HRT 0.5~1 h,污泥质量浓度1 g·L^(-1),固含率2%~4%,气量0.2~0.4 m^(3)·h^(-1),容积负荷4~5 kg(COD)·m^(-3)·d^(-1);反应器运行稳定后,废水COD去除率可达80%以上。The biofilm formation characteristics of different biological carriers were investigated,and the effect of gas flow,water flow and solid holdup on the flow pattern of internal circulating bifluidized bed was studied,and the effects of hydraulic residence time,volume load and air flow on the biofilm formation of carriers were investigated in detail,and the COD removal effect in wastewater after successful biofilm formation was analyzed.The results showed that the best carrier was bioceramics with diameter of 1~2 mm;The optimal solid holdup was 5%;The optimal conditions for the rapid start-up of the reactor were as follows:HRT 0.5~1 h,sludge mass concentration 1~2 g·L^(-1),solid holdup 2%~4%,gas flow 0.2~0.4 m^(3)·h^(-1),volume loading 4~5 kg(COD)·m^(-3)·d^(-1);After the reactor ran stablely,the COD removal rate of wastewater was more than 80%.
