摘 要:以二壬基萘(DNN)为原料、气体三氧化硫为磺化试剂、氨水为中和试剂制备了二壬基萘磺酸铵(ADNNS),利用红外光谱(FT-IR)及核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)对其结构进行表征。对ADNNS、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_(n),n=3、5、7、9)及ADNNS/AEO_(n)复配体系的静态表面张力、动态接触角以及动态表面张力进行了探究。结果表明:相较于单一ADNNS,ADNNS/AEO_(n)(n=3、5、7、9)复配体系具有更好的表面活性、固-液界面润湿性以及降低表面张力的能力和效率。ADNNS/AEO_(n)(n=3、5、7、9)复配体系表面活性剂分子的整个吸附过程均符合混合动力控制吸附模型。Ammonium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate(ADNNS)was prepared by using dinonylnaphthalene as raw materials,gaseous sulfur trioxide(SO_(3))as sulfonating reagent and ammonia as neutralizing reagent.The structure of ADNNS was characterized by FT-IR and ^(1)H NMR.The properties of ADNNS,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO_(n))and the mixed systems of ADNNS/AEO_(n)(n=3,5,7,9)were investigated by measuring the static surface tension,contact angle and dynamic surface tension.The results indicated that the ADNNS/AEO_(n)(n=3,5,7,9)mixed systems could improve the surface activity,the wettability of the solid/liquid interface,and the ability and efficiency of reducing the surface tension compared with the single ADNNS system.The dynamic surface tension results showed that the entire adsorption process of surfactant molecules in the ADNNS/AEO_(n)(n=3,5,7,9)mixed systems was mixed diffusion-kinetic controlled adsorption.
