摘 要:乙酸乙酯废液脱水回用能有效降低生产成本,提升企业效益,减少环境污染。通过对吸附、萃取、精馏和蒸汽渗透脱水技术的比选分析,指出蒸汽渗透脱水技术具有工艺简单、占地小、能耗低、投资低、操作简单等优势,适用于与水形成共沸物的乙酸乙酯废液深度脱水再生。通过设计计算与选型,开发出乙酸乙酯蒸汽渗透脱水再生工艺及撬装设备,建立了示范工程,系统运行稳定,相比于传统萃取精馏,节约能耗45%以上,产品水质量分数低于0.5%,满足乙酸乙酯回用指标要求。Dehydration and reuse of waste ethyl acetate solvent can effectively reduce production cost,improve enterprise efficiency and reduce environmental pollution.Through the comparative analysis of adsorption,extraction,distillation and vapour permeation dehydration technology,it’s pointed out that the vapour permeation dehydration technology has the advantages of simple process,small footprint,low energy consumption,low investment,simple operation and so on.It is suitable for deep dehydration and regeneration of waste ethyl acetate.Through design calculation and selection,the vapour permeation dehydration process and skid-mounted equipment for ethyl acetate waste liquid were developed.The demonstration equipment has been established,and the system is running stably.Compared with traditional extractive distillation,vapour permeation energy consumption was reduced by more than 45%,and the water mass fraction of the ethyl acetate was less than 0.5%,meeting the requirements of ethyl acetate reuse index.
