摘 要:目前应用管式裂解炉热裂解烃类制乙烯是世界上广泛应用的乙烯生产方法,生产的乙烯占全球乙烯产量的九成多。但是,用管式裂解炉裂解生产乙烯的方法具有一定的限制。介绍了用于蒸汽裂解制乙烯各种技术的进展与存在的问题,重点阐述了其中的激波裂解技术原理、发展与现状,包括激波反应器发展历程、技术思路、技术现状与未来趋势,分析了目前有一定代表性的以激波压缩机为原型的新型激波反应器的原理、结构及裂解性能,并对其产品收率优势和存在问题进行了分析;还利用所建立的一维模型进行数值模拟,从产率和运行周期两方面对激波反应器与管式炉进行对比。At present,the use of tube cracking furnaces to thermally crack hydrocarbons to produce ethylene is a widely used ethylene production method in the world,and the ethylene produced accounts for more than 90% of the global ethylene production.However,the method of producing ethylene by cracking in a tube cracking furnace has certain limitations.In this paper,the progress and existing problems of various technologies used for steam cracking to produce ethylene were briefly introduced,the principle,development and status of shock wave cracking technology were discussed,including its development history,technical ideas,technology status and future trends of shock wave reactors.The principle,structure and cracking performance of the new shock wave reactor with a certain representative shock wave compressor as the prototype were analyzed,and the advantages and existing problems of its product yield were analyzed.An established one-dimensional model was used to carry out numerical simulation,and the shock wave reactor was compared with the tube furnace in terms of productivity and operating period.
