摘  要:自1991年Arduengo首次分离出稳定的游离态氮杂环卡宾(NHCs)后,NHCs在配位化学和金属有机化学中,成为继膦配体、席夫碱配体之后又一类非常重要的配体。常见的咪唑型NHCs是由相应咪唑盐去质子化得到的。NHCs是非常强的电子供给体,可以与不同的过渡金属配位形成稳定的C—M键,所得到的NHCs金属配合物,被广泛用于催化、医药、光物理化学、生物抗菌等各个研究领域。介绍氮杂环卡宾的性质及应用,综述近年来氮杂环卡宾钌配合物、钯配合物、金配合物及银配合物的合成方法及现状,并对氮杂环卡宾金属配合物未来研究方向进行了展望。Since the first stable nitrogen heterocyclic carbene(NHCs)was isolated by Arduengo in 1991,NHCs have become another very important ligand besides phosphine ligands and Schiff base ligands in coordination chemistry and organometallic chemistry.The common imidazole type NHCs are obtained by deprotonation of corresponding imidazole salt.NHCs are very strong electron donors and can coordinate with different transition metals to form stable C—M bonds.The obtained NHCs metal complexes are widely used in catalysis,pharmaceutical,photophysical chemistry,biological antibacterial and other research fields.In this paper,the properties and applications of nitrogen-heterocyclic carbene were introduced,the synthesis methods and status of nitrogen-heterocyclic carbene ruthenium complexes,palladium complexes,gold complexes and silver complexes in recent years were reviewed.The future prospect of the nitrogen-heterocyclic carbene metal complexes was proposed.
