摘 要:表面活性剂乳化在原油开采过程中具有驱油和调剖双重功效。筛选出适用XX油藏的两种表面活性剂HS-1、PCS-1,通过室内实验研究其对提高原油采收率的影响。结果表明:具有良好乳化性能的HS-1可与油形成乳状液,通过乳化捕集与贾敏效应提高注入压力,并控制流度,进而显著提高波及系数与采收率,乳化性能较差的PCS-1则仅能提高洗油效率;在均质和非均质条件下,HS-1驱的采收率均比PCS-1驱高6%左右。HS-1乳状液的调剖控制效用在非均质地层中受限,尤其是渗透极差大的情况。Surfactant emulsification has dual effects of oil displacement and profile control in crude oil production.In this paper,two kinds of surfactants HS-1 and PCS-1 suitable for XX reservoir were selected,and their effects on oil recovery were studied through laboratory experiments.The results showed that HS-1 with good emulsification performance could form emulsion with oil,improve injection pressure through emulsification capture and Jamin effect,and control mobility,thus significantly improve sweep efficiency and recovery,while PCS-1 with poor emulsification performance could only improve oil washing efficiency;Under homogeneous and heterogeneous conditions,the recovery factor of HS-1 flooding was about 6%higher than that of PCS-1 flooding.The profile control effect of HS-1 emulsion was limited in heterogeneous formation,especially in the situation of poor permeability.
