摘 要:针对寒区输油管道热处理输送混合原油能耗损失大的问题,进行减阻剂的筛选复配和经济评价研究。筛选出了合适的减阻剂单剂并复配出对混合原油减阻效果最优配方,确定了最优加剂温度和最优加剂量。结果表明:DE-861、QF-C与DE-836复配比例为3∶1∶1时,在加剂量为20 mg·kg^(-1)和加剂温度为75℃的条件下,对寒区混输管道原油降凝降黏效果最好。同时建立管道运行优化模型,采用序列二次规划法进行求解,计算得到加剂后管道吨油综合能耗冬季减少23.53%,夏季减少21.90%,对实际管道生产运行有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the problem of large energy consumption loss in transporting mixed crude oil by heat treatment in oil pipelines in cold regions,the screening and economic evaluation of drag reducing agent were studied.In this paper,a suitable drag reducer single agent was selected,and the optimal formula for the drag reduction effect of mixed crude oil was compounded.The optimal additive temperature and optimal dosage were determined.The experimental results showed that the ratio of DE-861,QF-C and DE-836 was 3∶1∶1.Under the condition of adding dose of 20 mg·kg^(-1) and adding temperature of 75℃,it had the best effect on reducing pour point and viscosity of crude oil in mixed pipeline in a cold region.At the same time,the optimization model of pipeline operation was established,and the sequential quadratic programming method is used to solve the model.The calculation results show that the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of oil was reduced by 23.53% in winter and 21.90% in summer,which has a certain guiding significance for the actual pipeline production and operation.
