摘 要:阐述硅光电倍增管(SiPM)的增益受温度影响较大,为了适应宽温度内核辐射探测,需要对SiPM进行温度补偿。设计温度补偿电源,电源由线性稳压电路输出电压为SiPM供电,温度传感器随温度变化的输出电压经过运算放大器后控制线性稳压电路输出电压,自动调整SiPM工作偏压,对SiPM进行温度补偿。在恒温箱内进行实验测试,分别用固定电源与温度补偿电源为SiPM供电,测量不同温度对^(137)Cs能谱全能峰道址的影响。结果表明:在35~50℃范围内,使用固定电源为SiPM供电进行能谱测量,温度升高道址线性减小,最大变化24道。使用温度补偿电源后,^(137)Cs全能峰的道址最大变化5道。实验表明,该温度补偿电源能较好地稳定SiPM增益,让SiPM在较宽温度范围内工作。This paper describes that gain of SiPM is greatly affected by temperature.In order to adapt to the detection of wide-range nuclear radiation,it is necessary to perform temperature compensation on SiPM.Design the temperature compensation power supply,the power supply is powered by the output voltage of the linear voltage regulator circuit for SiPM,the output voltage of the temperature sensor changes with the temperature after passing through the operational amplifier to control the output voltage of the linear voltage regulator circuit,automatically adjust the working bias of SiPM,and monitor the scintillator detector Temperature compensation.Experimental tests were carried out in a constant temperature box,using a fixed power supply and a temperature-compensated power supply to power SiPM respectively,and measuring the influence of different temperatures on the fullenergy peak of the ^(137)Cs energy spectrum.The power supply is used for energy spectrum measurement,and the temperature rises and the track decreases linearly,with a maximum change of 40 tracks(to be tested).After using the temperature compensation power supply,the track address of the ^(137)Cs all-energy peak changes by 5 tracks at most(to be tested).Experiments show that the temperature compensation power supply can better compensate the temperature effect of the detector,allowing SiPM to work in a wider temperature range.
