摘　　要：阐述一种新型dI/dt和VCE检测结合的短路检测方法,并进行短路试验验证,实验证明基于数字控制的IGBT短路保护策略的可行性和可靠性,从而有效降低IGBT的故障率。This paper expounds a new short circuit detection method combining dI/dt and VCE detection,and conducts short circuit experiments to verify the feasibility and reliability of IGBT short circuit protection strategy based on digital control,thereby effectively reducing the fault rate of IGBT.
