世界医学科学研究领域重心转移规律--以国际医学科学奖为例

摘　　要：为推进“健康中国”建设,响应坚决打赢新冠疫情防控攻坚战的要求,我国迫切需要重视国际医学科学领域发展前沿和趋势,有预见性的开展科研攻关。文章运用生命科学和医学领域国际奖项构建衡量医学领域国际影响力的获奖指数(指数与比例),运用1901-2021年649位获奖者及其获奖成果相关数据,对国际医学三大领域及其下属46个子领域进行分析,揭示121年间世界医学科学研究领域重心阶段性转移规律,并进行趋势预测。研究发现:(1)世界医学科学三大领域内部呈现“小聚焦,大分散”的多极化发展趋势,少数子领域始终占据研究前沿,其他子领域呈现阶段性显现特征;(2)世界医学科学三大领域间重心由非传染性疾病与生物化学两者相持,转向重点关注生物化学领域,传染病呈现阶段性显现特征;(3)预测世界医学科学研究领域内及领域间均会呈现不同程度的重心偏移现象。Since the end of 2019,COVID-19 has been rampant around the world,posing a great threat to world pub-lic health security.In response to the new requirements of"facing people's life and health,China needs to firmly grasp the direction of the development of world medical science and carry out scientific research in a predictive manner.Referring to the relative reputation weight of international awards based on Nobel Prize in the IREG international aca-demic awards list,this research selects the top six international awards in life science and medicine as the research object.649 winners and their award-winning achievements from 1901 to 2021 were collected and sorted through various chan-nels.According to the DC2(direct citation 2)classification system of Klavans and Boyack(2017),the award information was divided into three major fields in the field of medical science(non communicable diseases,communicable diseases and Biochemistry)and 46 sub fields,and the award-winning index(index and proportion)of specific medical fields was constructed.With the help of major historical events,the year 1901-2021 is divided into four periods,revealing the law of phased shift of the focus of world medical science research in the past 121 years.The results show that:(1)Within the three major fields of world medical science,there is a multipolar development trend of"small focus and large dispersion",a few sub fields always occupy the research frontier,and other sub fields show phased characteristics according to the social background.The focus in the field of non communicable diseases has always been on immunology,and other sub fields appear in stages;In the field of infectious diseases,microbiology,epidemiology,tropical diseases and parasites are the focus of the world;In the field of Biochemistry,the research of cell biology has re-mained hot for 121 years.(2)The focus of the three major fields of world medical science has shifted from the stalemate between non communicable diseases and biochemistry to the focus on the field of bioch
