摘 要:目的分析丁香、肉桂、茶树、尤加利、香茅、天竺葵精油微乳液对粉尘螨成螨的杀灭活性,为尘螨防控提供科学依据。方法采用滤纸片“熏蒸+触杀”方式测定上述6种精油微乳液在不同浓度和作用时间对粉尘螨的杀灭活性,以及在封闭和开放系统下对粉尘螨成螨的杀灭效果。采用SPSS 22.0绘制和计算不同浓度精油微乳液的毒力回归曲线和半数致死量(lethal dose,LD50)值,邓肯氏新复极差多重比较法进行差异显著性分析。结果上述6种精油微乳液的LD50值分别为4.06、4.92、7.37、15.38、10.38和15.31μg/cm^(2),丁香精油可以在3h内杀灭所有供试粉尘螨,与氯氰菊酯组接近,杀螨率显著高于苯甲酸苄酯,差异有统计学意义(F=14.286,P=0.019)。不同浓度精油实验组在封闭系统的杀螨率均为100.00%,在开放系统的杀螨率均出现不同程度降低。结论6种精油微乳液,丁香精油微乳液、肉桂精油微乳液和茶树精油微乳液对粉尘螨成螨有很好的杀灭效果,呈剂量依赖性,除螨效果与作用时间和作用方式密切相关。Objective To study the killing activity of microemulsion of essential oil of clove,cassia bark,tea tree,eucalyptus,cymbopogon citratus,and geranium microemulsion to Dermatophagoides farina adult,providing a basis for the prevention and control of dust mites.Methods The fumigation and contact methods of filter paper were used to determine the killing activity of the above six kinds of essential oil microemulsions against Dermatophagoides farina adult at different concentrations and action times,and the killing effect against Dermatophagoides farina adult in closed and open systems.SPSS 22.0 was used to draw and calculate virulence regression curves and lethal dose(LD50)of essential oil microemulsions with different concentrations,and Duncan′s new complex range multiple comparison method was used to analyze the significance of differences.Results The LD50 value of essential oil microemulsions of the above six kinds were 4.06,4.92,7.37,15.38,10.38,and 15.31μg/cm^(2),respectively.Clove essential oil killed all Dermatophagoides farina within 3 hours,which was close to the cypermethrin group,and the rate of killing mites was significantly higher than benzyl benzoate,the difference was statistically significant(F=14.286,P=0.019).In the experimental group of different concentrations of essential oil,the rate of killing mites in the closed system was 100.00%,and that in the open system was reduced to varying degrees.Conclusion In the six kinds of essential oil microemulsion,clove,cassia bark,and tea tree microemulsion have good killing effects on Dermatophagoides farina adult in a dose-dependent manner.The effect of killing mites is closely related to the action time and mode.
