摘 要:目的对青海省海北州喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫疫源地内次要宿主高原鼠兔体表媒介蚤进行调查,掌握次要宿主高原鼠兔体表媒介蚤种类、构成比和总蚤指数。方法在海北州4县选4个点5km内用洞口法捕获高原鼠兔,1鼠1袋分装,用杀虫气雾剂喷杀高原鼠兔,用检蚤镊采集其体表媒介蚤。结果经显微镜鉴定媒介蚤3科3亚科5属6种共216匹。结论加强对青海省海北州喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫疫源地次要宿主高原鼠兔的监测和灭鼠工作,防止与人伴生的次要宿主引起较大且猛烈的人间鼠疫流行。Objective To investigate the fleas on the body surface of the plateau pika,the secondary host,in the Marmota himal⁃ayana plague foci in Haibei Prefecture,Qinghai Province,and to study the species,composition ratio,and total flea index of fleas.Methods Four locations were selected in four counties of Haibei Prefecture,the plateau pika was captured by the cave mouth method within 5 km.The plateau pika were separately packaged and sprayed with insecticidal aerosol,and then collected with tweezers for the fleas on the surface of the plateau pika.Results A total of 216 were identified by microscopically belong to 3 family,3 subfamily,5 genera,and 6 species.Conclusion Monitoring and eradication of plateau pika,the Marmota himalayana plague foci,in Haibei Prefecture,Qinghai Province,to prevent the large and severe human plague epidemic in the secondary host.
