摘 要:目的探索不同消毒方法应用于正压生物防护头罩的实用性和经济性。方法使用75%乙醇、季铵盐移动消毒站、过氧化氢熏蒸消毒舱对正压生物防护头罩进行消毒,按照《医疗机构消毒技术规范》(WS/T 367—2012)及产品使用说明书选择采样方法、消毒方法、验证实验,通过细菌学采样后进行培养检测合格情况。结果正压生物防护头罩表面经75%酒精消毒液涂抹消毒作用3min及复合季铵盐喷洒消毒10min,结果显示两者对自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1;使用过氧化氢消毒液对正压生物防护头罩在汽化过氧化氢熏蒸消毒舱进行满载模拟现场消毒试验,消毒舱内35个布点位置的嗜热脂肪杆菌(ATCC 7953)芽孢培养结果均为阴性,阳性对照和阴性对照均成立。结论3种消毒方法均能达到合格的消毒效果,在实际工作可根据情况综合评估,选择合适的消毒方法。Objective To explore the practicability and economics of different disinfection methods applied to positive pressure bio-protective hood.Methods 75%alcohol,quaternary ammonium salt mobile disinfection station,and hydrogen peroxide fumigation chamber were used to disinfect the positive pressure bio-protective hood.Sampling methods,disinfection methods and verification experiments were selected according to WS/T 367—2012 Technical Specifications for Disinfection of Medical Institu⁃tions and product useage instructions.After bacteriological sampling,culture was conducted to test the qualified status.Results After the surface of the positive pressure bio-protective hood disinfected by 75%alcohol disinfectant applied for 3 minutes and compound quaternary ammonium salt for 10 minutes,the average killing log values of both were greater than 1 for natural bacteria.Hydrogen peroxide disinfectant was used to carry out the full-load simulated field disinfection test of positive pressure bio-protective hood in the vaporized hydrogen peroxide fumigation and disinfection chamber.The spores culture results of Bacillus stearothermophilus(ATCC 7953)at 35 deployment locations in the disinfection chamber were negative,and both positive and negative controls were valid.Conclusion The three disinfection methods can achieve qualified disinfection effect,and the appropriate disinfection method can be selected according to the comprehensive assessment of the situation in practical work.
