以防艾生活技能为核心的健康教育在我国高校的应用

摘　　要：艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)是一种严重威胁人类健康的慢性传染病,目前还没有治愈方法。我国大学生中艾滋病疫情情况严峻,在大学生中开展广泛、深入和持久的健康教育是我国当前AIDS防控工作的重要组成部分。大学生预防艾滋病(简称“防艾”)教育效果受多种因素影响,本文通过查阅大学生防艾健康教育相关文献,总结出:以防艾生活技能为核心的健康教育是以学生为主体开展多渠道、多形式、参与式综合干预措施,值得在高校推广。目前,高校开展的防艾生活技能教育对安全套的使用、HIV自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)和暴露后预防(post exposure prevention,PEP)等相关知识的健康教育力度、教学方法和健康促进尚有不足,高校应加强相关内容的培训。AIDS is a chronic infectious disease that seriously threatens human health.There is no cure for it at present.The situation of AIDS epidemic among college students in China is severe.Carrying out extensive,in-depth and lasting health education among college students is an important part of the current AIDS prevention and control work in China.The effect of AIDS prevention education for college students is affected by many factors.By reviewing the relevant literature on AIDS prevention health education for college students,we concluded that health education with AIDS prevention life skills as the core is a studentcentered,multi-channel,multi-form,participatory and comprehensive intervention measure,which is worth promoting in colleges and universities.At present,the efforts made in health education,teaching methods and health promotion of condom use,voluntary counseling and testing(VCT),post exposure prevention(PEP)and other related knowledge in AIDS prevention life skills education carried out by colleges and universities are still insufficient.Therefore,colleges and universities should strengthen the training of relevant contents.
