摘 要:目的分析宜兴市2014—2020年其他感染性腹泻病的流行病学特征,为制定防控政策提供理论依据。方法从“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”获取2014—2020年宜兴市18个乡镇、街道不同地区、年龄和职业人群其他感染性腹泻发病数,描述其流行病学特征并进行统计分析。结果宜兴市其他感染性腹泻病发病数总体呈上升趋势,2014—2020年发病高峰和次高峰集中于3—8月。男性平均发病率(59.24/10万)明显低于女性(64.89/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.82,P<0.01)。0~2岁、26~30岁、66~70岁人群发病数占比分别为11.57%、8.26%、7.51%。农民、工人、离退人员、散居儿童和学生人群发病数占比为86.53%。13起其他感染性腹泻聚集性疫情,均由诺如病毒引起,临床表现为呕吐(90.02%),恶心(64.71%),腹痛(57.80%),腹泻(49.87%),发热(27.62%)。其他感染性腹泻聚集性疫情发生率男性(4.68%,219/4680)比女性(3.48%,172/4945)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.13,P<0.01)。结论宜兴市其他感染性腹泻发病有季节性特征和性别差异,婴幼儿、学生和老年人是重点关注人群。Objective Aim to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea diseases in Yixing from 2014 to 2020,and to provide the oretical basis for the prevention and control of other infectious diarrhea diseases.Methods The incidence data of other infectious diarrhea diseases in different areas,age groups and occupational groups in 18 towns and sub-districts of Yixing from 2014 to 2020 were collected from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.The epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea diseases were described and analyzed statistically.Results The incidence of other infectious diarrhea diseases showed an increasing trend from 2014 to 2019.The incidence peak and secondary peak occurred mainly from March to August.The average incidence of male(59.24/100000)was significantly lower than that of female(64.89/100000),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.82,P<0.01).The proportion of patients among 0-2 years old,26-30 years old and 66-70 years old people was 11.57%,8.26%and 7.51%,respectively.Farmers,workers,retired people,preschool children and students accounted for 86.53%of the total number of cases.Thirteen cases of cluster infections of other infectious diarrhea diseases caused by Norovirus,clinical symptoms were vomit(90.02%),nausea(64.71%),abdominal pain(57.80%),diarrhea(49.87%),fever(27.62%).Incidence rate of cluster infections of other infectious diarrhea diseases in male(4.68%,219/4680)was higher than female(3.48%,172/4945)the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=17.13,P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of other infectious diarrhea diseases in Yixing has seasonal characteristics and gender differences.Infants,young children,students and the elderly are the key groups to focus on.
