摘 要:为研究高强耐候钢承压型螺栓连接的受力性能、影响因素及规范计算公式的适用性,对23个高强耐候钢螺栓连接的受力性能进行静力拉伸试验研究和数值模拟,研究端距、边距、螺栓间距和螺栓预紧力对连接破坏模式、承载力和变形能力的影响,确定了高强耐候钢承压型螺栓连接的破坏模式界限。结果表明:破坏模式受边距e2和端距e1共同影响,随着e_(1)/d_(0)(d0为孔径)的增加,e_(2)/d_(0)≤2.0和e_(2)/d_(0)>2.0的连接(有限元模型)芯板破坏模式分别由撕裂破坏转变为净截面破坏、由剪出破坏逐渐转变为撕裂破坏;承压应力系数均随e1/d0的增加而增加,根据边距不同,增加到某一水平后趋于平稳,双螺栓连接间距与承压应力系数正相关;GB 50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》中对于高强耐候钢螺栓连接承压承载力预测偏保守,ANSI/AISC 360-16中不考虑螺栓孔变形时对应的计算承载力与试验和有限元分析结果最为接近;撕裂破坏与剪出破坏端距边距比界限值在0.72~0.79之间,而撕裂破坏和净截面破坏之间的界限值则在1.26~1.57之间。To study the mechanical behavior and its influencing factors,as well as and to understand the applicability of the calculation formula in standards,static tensile tests and numerical simulation on the mechanical behavior of 23 high-strength weathering steel bolted connections were carried out in this paper.The effects of end distance,side distance,bolt distance and pretension on the failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the connection were studied.And the failure mode boundaries for various failure modes of high strength weathering steel bearing-type bolt connection were determined.The results show that the failure modes are affected by both the edge and end distance.With the an increase of e_(1)/d_(0),the failure modes of the core plates with e_(2)/d_(0)≤2.0 and e_(2)/d_(0)>2.0 shift from splitting failure to net section failure,and from tearout failure to splitting failure,respectively.The compressive stress coefficient increases with the increase of e_(1)/d_(0)and tends to be stable after increasing to certain levels depending on different edge distances.The spacing of double-bolted specimens is positively correlated with the compressive stress coefficient.In GB 50017—2017,the bearing capacity of bolt connection of high-strength weathering steel is conservative.In ANSI/AISC 360-16,the calculated bearing capacity corresponding to the deformation that at the bolt hole when service load is not a design consideration is the closest to the experimental and finite element analysis results.The boundary(ratio of end distance to edge distance)between tearout failure and splitting failure is 0.72-0.79,and that between splitting failure and net section failure is 1.26-1.57.
