从网络视角探讨化浊行血汤治疗高脂血症的配伍合理性

摘　　要：目的:探讨化浊行血汤治疗高脂血症的配伍合理性。方法:借助网络药理学方法预测并筛选化浊行血汤君药组(荷叶+决明子+山楂)、臣药组(赤芍+大黄+水蛭)、佐药组(虎杖+路路通+何首乌)抗高脂血症的活性成分、相关靶点以及作用通路。通过数据整合分析,探讨化浊行血汤治疗高脂血症的作用特点及配伍规律。结果:君药组、臣药组、佐药组均不同程度地调节血脂代谢紊乱、胆固醇逆向转运障碍、胰岛素抵抗、平滑肌细胞增殖、血液循环障碍、血液流变学异常、慢性炎症、免疫紊乱等病理过程,但三组药物各有侧重。君药组的治疗作用主要体现在清化血浊,通过对高脂血症血脂异常、胆固醇逆向转运障碍、胰岛素抵抗的主要矛盾进行针对性治疗,充分体现了君药的强靶向性特点;臣药组的治疗作用主要体现在活血行血,主要与改善血液流变学异常、改善血液循环障碍、参与慢性炎症反应、抗平滑肌细胞增殖相关,体现了臣药的重要辅助作用;佐药组的治疗作用主要体现在通络行气活血、清热养阴化浊,侧重于对免疫-循环系统的平衡和改善,凸显了佐药调整疾病寒热虚实属性偏颇的功能。结论:网络药理学方法初步验证了化浊行血汤组方配伍的合理性,为后续深入的机制研究提供了可靠证据。Objective:To explore the compatibility rationality of the Huazhuo Xingxue decoction(化浊行血汤)in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:Network pharmacology was used to predict and screen anti-hyperlipidemia active ingredients,targets and pathways in the Huazhuo Xingxue decoction including monarch drug group[Heye(Crataegus pinnatifida Bge)plus Juemingzi(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn)and Shanzha(Cassia Tora L)],minister drug group[Chiyao(Paeonia lactiflora Pall)plus Dahuang(Rheum palmatum L)and Shuizhi(Hirudo nipponia Whitman)],and adjuvant drug group[Huzhang(Liquidambar formosana Hance)plus Lulutong(Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb)and Heshouwu(Polygonum multiflorum Thunb)].The characteristics and compatibility of the Huazhuo Xingxue decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemia were analyzed through data integration.Results:The monarch drug group,minister drug group,and adjuvant drug group regulated lipid metabolism disorders,reversed cholesterol transport disorders,insulin resistance,smoothed muscle cell proliferation,blood circulation disorders,hemorheology abnormalities,chronic inflammation,and immune disorders to different degrees,and had their own uniqueness.The therapeutic effect of the monarch drug group was mainly reflected in clearing blood turbidity.Through targeted treatment of the main contradictions of hyperlipidemia,dyslipidemia of cholesterol reverse transport and insulin resistance,the strong targeting characteristics of monarch drug were fully reflected.The therapeutic effect of minister drug group was mainly reflected in promoting blood circulation,which was mainly related to improving hemorheological abnormalities,improving blood circulation disorders,participating in chronic inflammation and anti-smooth muscle cell proliferation,reflecting the important auxiliary effect of minister drug group.The therapeutic effect of the adjuvant drug group was mainly reflected in the clearing of collateral,promoting Qi(气)and blood circulation,clearing heat,nourishing Yin(阴)and removing turbidity,focusing on th
