摘  要:近年来,关于脑网络特征和脑疾病的关联研究一直是研究热点。随着脑功能网络研究的不断深入,脑功能连接分析方法在针灸脑机制研究中的应用逐渐增多。方法主要包括静态功能连接和(Static Functional Connectivity,SFC)分析方法和动态功能连接(Dynamic Functional Connection,DFC)分析方法。SFC主要以功能磁共振技术(Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging,fMRI)技术为手段,fMRI具有很高的空间分辨率但设备昂贵,对实验数据采集环境要求很高。DFC是用以表征静息状态下大脑功能连接的动态特性。DFC在近5年应用于脑卒中领域,主要用于探索全脑不同网络、感觉运动网络以及语言网络的功能连接属性。SFC包括种子点法、独立成分分析方法等。DFC包括基于滑动时间窗法、时频相干分析法等。文章梳理了功能连接分析方法的作用原理、常用估算方法、特征提取方法和可靠性检验及统计分析方法,综合论述了基于静息态功能磁共振成像的DFC分析研究进展,系统阐述了脑功能连接分析方法在针灸脑机制研究领域中的最新进展,并介绍了基于静息态数据的DFC分析在常见临床疾病中的应用及前景。学者们在前人的基础上,将该分析方法应用到临床研究中,有效减少了分析误差,极大缩短了分析时间,为丰富针灸脑科学理论、加速针灸临床现代化应用进程提供了切实可行的诊疗依据。In recent years,the correlation between brain network characteristics and brain diseases has been a hot topic.With the deepening of brain functional network research,the application of brain functional connection analysis method in the study of brain mechanism of acupuncture is increasing gradually.The method mainly includes static functional connection and dynamic functional connection.fMRI technology is the main means of resting state functional connection.fMRI has high spatial resolution but the equipment is expensive,and it has high requirements for experimental data acquisition environment.Dynamic functional connectivity is used to characterize the dynamic characteristics of brain functional connection in the resting state.Dynamic functional connection has been used in the field of stroke in the past 5 years.It is mainly used to explore the functional connection properties of different brain networks,sensorimotor networks and language networks.Static functional connection includes seed point method,independent component analysis method and so on.Dynamic functional connection includes sliding time window method,time-frequency coherence analysis method and so on.This paper combs the working principle,common estimation methods,feature extraction methods,reliability test and statistical analysis methods of functional connection analysis methods,and comprehensively discusses the research progress of dynamic functional connection analysis based on resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging.The paper systematically expounds the latest progress of brain functional connection analysis method in the research field of brain mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.The application and prospect of dynamic functional connection analysis based on resting data in common clinical diseases is introduced.On the basis of predecessors,scholars apply this analysis method to clinical research,which effectively reduces the analysis error and greatly shortens the analysis time.It provides a feasible basis for diagnosis and
