摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病是指在妊娠期间发生的糖尿病,患有妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇发生母胎并发症的风险增加。当前国际上对妊娠期糖尿病的筛查仍没有一个统一的标准,美国预防服务工作组(US Preventive Services Task Force,USPSTF)于2021年8月在《美国医学会杂志》发布了对孕妇进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查的推荐声明,本文对该推荐的内容予以解读。Gestational diabetes mellitus is a type of diabetes that develops during pregnancy.The risk of maternal and fetal complications increased for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.At present,there is still no uniform international standard for screening of gestational diabetes mellitus.The US Preventive Services Task Force(USPSTF)issued a recommendation statement on screening gestational diabetes mellitus for pregnant women and published on The Journal of the American Medical Association in August 2021.This paper will interpret the content of the recommendation statement.
