摘　　要：为了解海岸带生态系统价值实现机制,通过收集历史文献数据和现场调查相结合的方式,综合运用碳税法、影子工程法和成果参照法等生态经济学理论方法,评估2020年广东流沙湾海草床生态系统调节服务价值。结果表明:流沙湾海草床生态系统调节服务总价值为9048.31万元/a,单位面积价值为12.73万元/(hm^(2)·a),高于全国盐沼生态系统和同区域的红树林生态系统。海草床生态系统价值量大小依次为水源涵养(49.41%)>消浪护岸(23.01%)>固碳释氧(21.42%)>水质净化(6.16%)。评估结果为提高海草床生态系统保护修复能力、完善海洋生态补偿机制提供了理论依据。To understand the mechanism of realizing the values of coastal ecosystem services,a valuation of the regulation service of seagrass bed ecosystem in Liusha Bay of Guangdong was conducted by combining historical literature data with field investigations,as well as by utilizing eco-economics theories and methods such as carbon tax law,shadow project method and benefit transfer method,with 2020 as the baseline year.Result indicated that the total value of ecosystem regulation services of the seagrass bed in Liusha Bay is 9048.31×10^(4) CNY/a,and the value per unit area is 12.73×10^(4) CNY/(hm^(2)·a),which is more than that offered by salt marshes and mangrove ecosystems in the same area.The value is distributed as follows:water conservation(49.41%)>wave attenuation and shore protection(23.02%)>carbon sequestration and oxygen release(21.42%)>water purification(6.16%).Therefore,the paper provides a theoretical basis for enhancing the protection and restoration of seagrass bed ecosystems,as well as improving the marine ecological compensation.
