广东罗坑鳄蜥自然保护区溪流水生脊椎动物现状与保护对策

摘　　要：水生脊椎动物分布和数量调查可为水生生态系统保护及修复提供科学依据。2021年11月—2022年1月、2022年4—5月、2022年9—10月调查了罗坑鳄蜥保护区的溪流水生脊椎动物。共采集鱼类4500尾/次以上,隶属于5目12科共33种,其中鲤形目3科21种,鲈形目5科8种,分别占总种数的63.6%和24.2%;两栖类共采集到24种,隶属于2目7科,其中有尾目1科1种—黄斑肥螈,为广东省首次记录,无尾目6科23种;爬行类共采集到9种,隶属于2目8科,其中,龟鳖目1科1种,其余为有鳞目。调查中发现国家Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级重点保护野生动物各1种;在IUCN红色名录中,极危2种,濒危1种,易危2种,外来入侵生物4种。保护区内溪流水生脊椎动物的自然恢复不甚理想,野生动物保护相关的宣教、监管力度需要加强,重要物种的保护及监测需要加大投入。A survey on distribution and quantity of aquatic vertebrates was carried out to provide scientific evidences for the protection and restoration of aquatic ecosystem.Aquatic vertebrates in streams within the reserve were sampled from November 2021 to January 2022,April to May 2022,and September to October 2022.More than 4500 fishes were collected in the three surveys,belonging to a total of 33 species in 12 families of 5 orders,including 21 species in 3 families of Cypriformes and 8 species in 5 families of Perciformes,accounting for 63.6%and 24.2%of the total species,respectively.A total of 24 amphibian species were collected,belonging to 2 orders and 7 families.Among them,1 species of urodela--Pachytriton xanthospilos,was recorded for the first time in Guangdong Province,and 23 species in 6 families of anura.A total of 9 species of reptiles were collected,belonging to 2 orders and 8 families,among which 1 family,1 species of testudines and the rest were squamata.One species was found for each of the first and the second class national protected animals in the survey;2 CR,1 EN and 2 VU species were found according to the IUCN Red List.4 alien invasive species were found in the survey.The natural restoration of aquatic vertebrates in the streams of the reserve is not ideal,the publicity and supervision related to wildlife protection need to be strengthened,and the protection and monitoring of important species need to be increased.
