摘　　要：目的:对郑州市居民家庭过期药品回收现状进行调查分析,旨在为建立过期药品回收长效机制提供参考。方法:以郑州市居民为调查对象,针对家庭过期药品回收相关知识、态度、行为、回收工作的建议等方面进行问卷调研。结果:共回收有效问卷292份,有效回收率100%。调查结果显示,郑州市居民家庭储药现象普遍,但处理过期药品方式随意,居民过期药品回收知识及意识欠缺;加强科普宣传、回收的近便性以及回收流程的公开透明是推进过期药品回收的3个主要影响因素。结论:建议有关部门建立长效机制,推动家庭过期药品回收工作的开展,加强回收活动开展及宣传,合理设置回收点,优化流程,以促进家庭过期药品回收工作便利化、规范化、透明化。Objective:To provide reference for the establishment of the long-term mechanism of the recycling of family expired drugs by investigating and analyzing the current situation of the recycling of family expired drugs in Zhengzhou.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the residents in Zhengzhou in terms of the knowledge,attitude,behavior and suggestions on the recycling of family expired drugs.Results:A total of 292 valid questionnaires were collected with the effective recovery rate of 100%.The data showed that the phenomenon of family drug storage was common,but the disposal of expired drugs was arbitrary,and the residents lack the knowledge and awareness of recycling expired drugs.Strengthening science popularization,the accessibility of recycling and the openness and transparency of the recycling process are the three main influencing factors to promote the recycling of expired drugs.Conclusion:It is suggested that the relevant departments should establish a long-term effective mechanism to promote the recycling of expired drugs,strengthen the development and publicity of recycling activities,reasonably set up collection points,and optimize the process,to promote the convenience,standardization and transparency of family expired drugs recycling.
