摘　　要：文章针对乡村振兴中人才短缺的现实问题,结合汽车类高职院校毕业生的新情况和新挑战,提出了汽车类高职院校毕业生服务农村的具体切入点,以党的二十大提出的要全面推进乡村振兴,坚持农业农村优先发展,坚持城乡融合发展,畅通城乡要素流动政策为引导,为推动人才服务农村输送“新血液”,加强综合保障,为毕业生服务农村就业创业提供“新动力”,培养能工巧匠,为投身乡村建设人才队伍赋能“新力量”,展现高职教育为党育人、为国育才的教育方向。The article addresses the practical problem of talent shortage in rural revitalization,combined with the new situation and challenges of graduates from automotive vocational colleges,and proposes specific entry points for automotive vocational college graduates to serve rural areas.Guided by the policies proposed at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,prioritize agricultural and rural development,adhere to urban-rural integration development,and smooth urban-rural factor flow,it aims to provide"new blood"for promoting talent service in rural areas,strengthen comprehensive security,provide"new impetus"for graduates to serve rural employment and entrepreneurship,cultivate skilled craftsmen,empower the talent team for rural construction with"new strength",and demonstrate the educational direction of vocational education for the Party and the country.
