摘 要:以稻壳硅和Pb^(2+)为研究对象,利用稻壳灰、稀盐酸、浓硫酸等药剂提取BSi,制备了SO 3 H-BSi,并通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM等表征方法分析了材料的物理、化学特性。利用制备的BSi和SO 3 H-BSi吸附水溶液中的Pb^(2+),通过考察pH值、离子强度等影响因素,研究改性前后材料对Pb^(2+)的吸附性能。实验结果表明:磺酸基改性后促进了Pb^(2+)的吸附,吸附速率、吸附量均得到明显提高;碱性条件有利于Pb^(2+)的吸附;无论是BSi还是SO 3 H-BSi对Pb^(2+)的吸附过程更符合伪二阶动力学模型,SO 3 H-BSi对Pb^(2+)的等温吸附过程更符合Freundilch模型,说明Pb^(2+)在SO 3 H-BSi的表面属于多层均质吸附。In this study,rice husk silicon and Pb^(2+)were taken as research objects.BSi was extracted by rice husk ash,dilute hydrochloric acid,concentrated sulfuric acid and other agents,and SO 3H-BSi was prepared.The physical and chemical properties of the materials were analyzed by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and other characterization methods.The prepared BSi and SO 3H-BSi were used to adsorb Pb^(2+)from aqueous solution.The adsorption performance of the modified and unmodified materials on Pb^(2+)was studied by investigating pH value,ionic strength and other factors.The experimental results showed that the adsorption of Pb^(2+)was promoted after sulfonic acid group modification,and the adsorption rate and amount were significantly improved;Alkaline condition is favorable for the adsorption of Pb^(2+);The adsorption process of Pb^(2+)on both BSi and SO 3H-BSi is more consistent with the pseudo second order kinetic model,and the isothermal adsorption process of Pb^(2+)on SO 3H-BSi is more consistent with the Freundilch model,indicating that Pb^(2+)on the surface of SO 3H-BSi belongs to multi-layer homogeneous adsorption.
