摘  要:介绍了CT^(2)C表面热偶在水煤浆气化炉的应用,阐述了表面热偶的结构、工作原理、特点、安装方式、表面测温系统的主要组成、常见故障、处理方法,以及引进该系统后收到的效果。气化炉表面热偶所测温度,可以有效反映气化炉炉内耐火砖安装质量以及耐火砖在煤浆冲刷下的减薄程度。气化炉表面温度测量系统是将测温元件敷设在气化炉外壳表面上来工作的,测温元件(CT^(2)C)是能够产生在其敷设的长度范围内的最高温度产生相对应K型热偶产生的毫伏信号,产生的毫伏信号通过补偿导线被传送到远程I/O数据采集系统,监控测温元件敷设的炉壁范围内出现最高温度点的位置。CT^(2)C测量原理的优势在于它的热接点不固定,整个测量元件所处位置温度最高点即为热电偶的接点,而普通热电偶的接点是固定的。It introduces the application of CT^(2)C surface thermocouple in coal water slurry gasifier,the structure,working principle,features,installation mode,main components,common faults and treatment methods of the surface temperature measuring system are described.The temperature measured by thermal couple on the surface of gasifier can effectively reflect the installation quality of refractory brick and the thinning degree of refractory brick under the erosion of coal slurry.The surface temperature measuring system of the gasifier is to lay the temperature measuring components on the surface of the gasifier shell to work,the temperature measuring element(CT^(2)C)is capable of producing a millivolt signal produced by a corresponding K-type thermocouple at the highest temperature within the range of its length,the generated MV signal is transmitted to the remote I/O data acquisition system through the compensating wire to monitor the position of the highest temperature point in the range of the furnace wall where the temperature measuring element is laid.The advantage of CT^(2)C measurement principle is that its thermal contact is not fixed.The highest temperature point of the whole measuring element is the contact of thermocouple,while the contact of ordinary thermocouple is fixed.
