摘 要:糖、酸含量及其比值能直接影响葡萄果实口感及品质,进一步影响葡萄的商品价值及葡萄产业的发展。凯多甜是一种对水果有增甜作用的有机水溶肥。该研究将不同稀释倍数的凯多甜喷洒‘泽香’葡萄果实,测定果实的可溶性糖及有机酸含量,计算糖酸比,探究其对葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明,凯多甜稀释倍数为200~600时,‘泽香’葡萄果实中可溶性糖含量可提高至22%以上,有机酸含量可降0.51%以下,糖酸比提高43以上;稀释倍数为800倍时,含糖量接近22%,有机酸低于0.6%,糖酸比达38以上。生产应用可选择凯多甜600~800倍液。The content and ratio of sugar and acid can directly affect the taste and quality of grape fruit,and further affect the commodity value of grape and the development of grape industry.Kaiduotian is a kind of organic water-soluble fertilizer for sweetening fruit,which has the effect of increasing sugar and decreasing acid.In this study,different dilutions of Kaiduotian were sprayed on‘Zexiang’grape,the contents of soluble sugars and organic acids in the fruit were determined,and the sugar-acid ratio was calculated to explore the effect of sweetener on grape fruit quality.The results showed that when the dilution of Kaiduotian was 200~600 times liquid,the soluble sugar content in the grape fruit of‘Zexiang’could be increased to 22%,the organic acid content could be reduced to 0.51%,and the sugar-acid ratio could be increased to 43.When the dilution ratio is 800 times,the sugar content is close to 22%,the organic acid content is less than 0.6%,and the sugar to acid ratio is above 38.Production applications can choose Kaiduotian 600~800 times liquid.
