摘  要:We propose a neuromorphic THz imaging system based on the integration of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)circuits and the spin-transfer torque magnetic tunnel junctions(STTMTJs).Utilizing the photothermoelectric effect of CNTs and constructing the monolithic 3D circuit,the system realizes the sensing,perception.
