摘 要:为解决远距离同轴传输线长度的便携式精密测量问题,以STM32G4单片机为控制核心,利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法,完成了便携式高精度相位差测量系统的软硬件设计。深入探究了误差产生原因及提高测量精度措施,实现了同轴传输线中同频正弦信号相位差的精密测量,通过计算获得了待测传输线的准确长度,测得的相位差及长度数据由OLED液晶屏显示。经多次系统调试测量,由所获得数据表明,相位差测量精度可达0.05°,且系统体积小、成本低、便携带。可用于远距离同轴传输线长度的准确测量和鉴定其品质,在精密测量领域前景良好,具有很好的借鉴价值。In order to solve the problem of portable precision measurement of long-distance coaxial transmission line length,this paper takes STM32G4 single chip microcomputer as the control core,and uses Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)algorithm to complete the hardware and software design of portable high-precision phase difference measurement system.To deeply explored the causes of the error and the measures to improve the measurement accuracy.It realized for the precise measurement of the phase difference of the same frequency sinusoidal signal in the coaxial transmission line.The accurate length of the measured transmission line obtained through calculation.The measurement data displayed with the OLED LCD screen.After many times of system debugging,the measurement data results show that the accuracy of phase difference measurement can reach 0.05°.The utility model of the system has the advantages of small size,low cost and portable belt.It can be used to measure the length of long-distance coaxial transmission line and identify its quality.It has a good prospect in the field of precision measurement and has a good reference value.
