摘 要:本研究从淅川和南召生活垃圾渗滤液生物处理单元的活性污泥样本中共分离筛选得到9株菌,经过16S rRNA序列鉴定,分属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、脱硝酸盐菌属(Denitratimonas)和拟诺卡氏菌属(Nocardiopsis)。采用人工配水及实际废水两种方式对筛选出的菌株进行有机物和氮的去除能力检测。结果发现,人工配水菌株的化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)去除率平均值为70.93%,氨氮去除率平均值为88.35%;淅川和南召实际废水菌株的COD去除率分别为62.63%和51.86%,总氮去除率为79.75%和71.61%。本研究获得了具有较好污染物去除能力的菌种资源。In this study,9 strains of bacteria were isolated from activated sludge samples from Xichuan and Nanzhao municipal solid waste leachate biological treatment units.After 16S rRNA sequence identification,they belong to Pseudomonas,Streptomyces,denitratimonas and Nocardiopsis.The removal ability of organic matter and nitrogen of the screened strains was tested by artificial water distribution and actual wastewater.The results showed that the average removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)was 70.93%,and the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 88.35%;the COD removal rates of Xichuan and Nanzhao actual wastewater strains were 62.63%and 51.86%,respectively,and the total nitrogen removal rates were 79.75%and 71.61%.Strain resources with better pollutant removal ability were obtained in this study.
