摘 要:文章采用室内动态驱替实验的方法探索出砂规律,优选筛管防砂精度,为水平井防砂设计提供实验支撑。利用岩芯驱替装置,基于储层真实岩芯和油砂制作填砂管岩芯,模拟该油田水平井全生命周期产液量范围内防砂筛网不同孔径、不同筛网层数、不同筛网组合方式下的出砂规律。通过系列防砂实验优选得到防砂筛网的精度以177μm较优,筛网的层数为2层,筛网的组合方式为1层595μm支撑网+1层177μm过滤网+1层595μm支撑网+1层177μm过滤网,现场4口井的应用情况表明防砂效果优良,可为后续井的防砂设计提供借鉴。In this paper,the method of indoor dynamic displacement experiment is used to explore the sand production law,optimize the sand control accuracy of screen pipe,and provide experimental support for sand control design of horizontal wells.The core displacement device is used to make the core of sand packing pipe based on the real core and oil sand of the reservoir and simulate the sand production law of the sand control screen with different apertures,various screen layers,and diverse screen combinations in the full life cycle liquid production range of the horizontal wells in the oilfield.The precision of sand control screen obtained through a series of sand control experiments is 177μm is better.The number of layers of the screen is 2.The combination mode of the screen is 1 layer of 595μm support mesh+1 layer of 177μm filter mesh+1 layer of 595μm support mesh+1 layer of 177μm filter mesh.The application of 4 wells on the site shows that the sand control effect is excellent,which can be used as the design basis for subsequent wells.It has good practical significance and reference value.
