摘 要:针对P油田部分新投注注水井和部分老注水井在酸化解堵恢复注水后注水压力快速上升且注水量近似锯齿状波动下降达不到配注要求,探讨注水井动态特征变化规律及影响因素,以期为后续注水调控及新区块注水开发提供参考。采用数据相关性统计分析与岩芯实验相结合的方法,分析注水水质、储层非均质性等因素对注水动态特征的影响。研究表明,当水质指标从悬浮物质量浓度7 mg/L、粒径中值3μm、含油率20 mg/L变差到悬浮物质量浓度10 mg/L、粒径中值4μm、含油率30 mg/L时,对同等渗透率储层的伤害率增大9%以上。按地层渗透率伤害率≤20%计算,同等渗透率储层注水量将降低50%以上。考虑储层渗透率级差时(级差比为1∶3∶6),低渗层、中渗层吸水量分别下降了5%,高渗层吸水量增加了10%,水质指标越差,各层吸水量越不均衡。现场数据相关性统计表明注水水质与有效注水周期呈近似反线性关系,注水井有效注水周期在300 d以上,需控制注入水含油在20 mg/L、悬浮物的质量浓度控制在7 mg/L以下。In response to the dynamic characteristics of rapid increase in injection pressure and approximately serrated decrease in injection water volume in some new injection wells and after acid dissolution of some old injection wells in P Oilfield,which cannot meet the injection allocation requirements.Using a combination of data correlation statistical analysis and core experiments,analyze the impact of factors such as water quality and reservoir heterogeneity on the dynamic characteristics of water injection.Research has shown that when the water quality indicators change from suspended solids concentration=7 mg/L and median particle size=3μm.Oil content=20 mg/L,variation to suspended solids concentration=10mg/L,median particle size=4μm.When the oil content is 30 mg/L,the damage rate to reservoirs with the same permeability increases by more than 9%.If the damage rate of formation permeability is≤20%,the water injection volume of reservoirs with the same permeability will be reduced by more than 50%.When considering the permeability gradient of the reservoir(with a gradient of 1∶3∶6),the water absorption of the low and medium permeability layers decreased by 5%respectively,while the water absorption of the high permeability layer increased by 10%.The worse the water quality index,the more uneven the water absorption of each layer.The correlation statistics of on-site data indicate that there is an approximate inverse relationship between the water quality and the effective water injection period.The effective water injection period of the water injection well is over 300 days,and it is necessary to control the oil content of the injection water to be 20 mg/L and the mass concentration of suspended solids to be below 7 mg/L.
