加氢改质技术在柴油加氢精制装置的应用

摘  要:为解决FCC柴油加工问题以及完成柴油质量升级,某炼厂将300万吨/年柴油加氢装置改造为加氢改质装置。技术改造结果表明,通过增加一台反应器、改造反应系统及分馏系统、更换催化剂级配,在一定的氢分压、精制反应平均温度为343.50℃、改质反应平均温度为366.90℃的条件下,可将原料油中FCC柴油配比提高至26.50%,生产国VI车柴及部分石脑油产品,装置能耗为7.10 MJ/t。同时,对装置运行存在的问题进行了分析,并提出应对措施。A refinery transformed the 3 million t/a diesel hydrogenation unit into a hydro-upgrading unit to solve the problem of FCC diesel processing and complete the upgrading of diesel quality.The technical transformation added a reactor,reformed the reaction system and fractionation system,and replaced the catalyst gradation.Under the conditions of a certain hydrogen partial pressure,the average temperature of the refining reaction is 343.50℃,and the average temperature of the upgrading reaction is 366.90℃,the ratio of FCC diesel in the feed oil can be increased to 26.50%,producing domestic VI diesel and some naphtha products,and the energy consumption of the unit is 7.10 MJ/t.Meanwhile,the problems existing in the operation of the unit are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward.
