摘 要:某水电站技术供水系统采用自流减压供水方式,其减压阀出口压力在技术供水系统启动运行时,波动峰值往往会超过定值上限,触发监控系统报警。通过深入分析该水电站技术供水系统隔膜式减压阀的工作原理及其出口压力波动大的原因及影响因素,经设计试验确认,通过增加针阀控制该减压阀控制腔水的排出流量,能够有效降低减压阀压力峰值,抑制其波动性,提高了技术供水系统运行的安全稳定性。该项研究对类似减压阀控制系统的设计优化,具有一定的参考价值。The technical water supply system in a hydropower station adopts a self-flow pressure relief water supply mode.While,when the technical water supply system is started,the peak fluctuation of the outlet pressure of the pressure relief valve often exceeds the allowable limit,triggering the alarm of the monitoring system.With a thorough analysis of the working principles of the diaphragm-type pressure relief valve,the reason and influencing factors of the excessive fluctuation of the outlet pressure are determined.Then,a needle valve is added to control the outlet flow of the control chamber of the pressure relief valve,which can effectively reduce the peak pressure and suppress its fluctuation,and improve the operation safety and stability of the technical water supply system.The study is of certain reference value for the design optimization of control systems of similar pressure relief valves.
