摘  要:为提高运行人员在发生故障导致向家坝出库流量大幅减少时的处置能力,给调控值班人员第一时间提供科学的补水依据,确保及时正确开启闸门,补足水量,保障航运安全,研究人员通过数据自动提取、闸门组合优化、补水算法策略等方面的研究,并基于Python和Java语言,开发了向家坝应急补水预案智能化制作工具,通过生产实际运用,该工具提供的补水预案高效、标准、准确。To improve the handling ability of operation personnel in case of a significant decrease in reservoir outflow caused by operation faults,it is necessary to provide scientific basis to the operation personnel on duty to replenish water in time,thus ensuring timely and correct opening of the gates,sufficient water replenishment and shipping safety.With Python and Java programming languages,an intelligent preparation program of emergency water replenishment plan is developed in Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station based on studies on automatic data extraction,gate combination optimization and water replenishment algorithm strategy.Practical operation shows that the water replenishment plan provided by this program is efficient,standard and accurate.
