摘  要:随着水电站运行时间的延长,设备老化、故障等情况愈发严重与频繁。为减少故障与合理开展检修,确保水电站设备安全可靠地高效运行,从设备安全管理的角度出发,详细探讨了某电站轴流转桨式水轮机转轮室裂纹故障的特征,缩小故障的诊断范围,全面分析了故障的原因,并对处理方法以及维修效果进行总结,可供同类型故障的处理借鉴。With the accumulation of the operation time of hydropower stations,equipment ageing and faults are becoming increasingly serious and frequent.In order to reduce the equipment faults and carry out maintenance work reasonably to ensure the safe,reliable and efficient operation of the equipment,the characteristics of the crack fault occurred in the runner chamber of a Kaplan hydro-turbine are discussed from the perspective of equipment safety management.The causes of the fault are analyzed comprehensively,and the treatment measures and corresponding maintenance performance are summarized.The results can be useful reference for the treatment of similar faults to narrow the diagnostic range.
