摘 要:通过详细分析某巨型电站调速系统中控制器CPU之间的通讯方式以及控制权竞争逻辑,针对其冗余结构下控制器CPU主备用切换时存在的局限性,研究单套控制器CPU发生故障时如何提升控制权的“交接成功率”,提出了一种基于软硬件切换的冗余结构,能够使控制器的主备切换过程减少对控制器以及外部PLC的依赖性,在一定程度上减少主备切换失灵故障,提升了调速系统运行过程中的稳定性及安全性。The communication mode and the logic for control competition between the controller CPUs in the speed governing system of a giant hydropower station are analyzed in detail.In response to the limitations during the switching of the main and backup controller CPUs with the current redundant structure,this study investigates the method to improve the“control handover success rate”in case of the failure of a single set of controller CPUs.A new redundant structure based on software and hardware switching is then proposed,which can reduce the dependence on the controller and external PLC during the main and backup switching process of the controller,reduce the failures of the main and backup switching to a certain extent,and improve the stability and safety of the speed governing system during operation.
