摘　　要：【目的/意义】公共数字文化平台服务效能评估对提升公共数字文化平台的建设、提升公共数字文化平台服务效能具有重要作用。【方法/过程】基于公共数字文化平台特点,结合平台信息、平台信息技术、平台信息环境3个维度构建公共数字文化平台服务效能评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定各项指标权重。选取国内10个典型公共数字文化平台进行实证。【结果/结论】构建的评价体系具有一定的实用性和可操作性。通过该评价体系为加强公共数字文化平台建设,提高公共数字文化服务质量提供理论支持。【创新/局限】针对典型公共数字文化平台效能进行评价,但仅选择10个平台进行实证,样本数量较少。【Purpose/significance】The service efficiency evaluation of public digital culture platform plays an important role in improving the construction and service efficiency of public digital culture platform.【Method/process】Based on the characteristics of public digital culture platform,combined with the three dimensions of platform information,platform information technology and platform information environment,the service efficiency evaluation system of public digital culture platform is constructed,and the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process.10 typical domestic public digital culture platforms are selected for demonstration.【Result/conclusion】The evaluation system has certain practicability and operability.The evaluation system provides theoretical support for strengthening the construction of public digital culture platform and improving the quality of public digital culture services【.Innovation/limitation】The paper evaluating the effectiveness of typical public digital culture platforms,however,selecting only 10 platforms for empirical research appears to have a small sample size.
