摘　　要：依据《普通高校法学类本科专业教学质量国家标准》对知识产权专业核心课程“知识产权文献检索与应用”进行课程建设,指出了课程的变化及对师资与教学资源等的要求,提出要避免法学大类各专业课程同质化,分析了培养方案更新不及时、教学资源不足等课程建设中出现的问题,总结了在课程内容、教材开发、实践教学、信息资源、师资配备方面进行的课程建设实践。According to the National Standards for the Teaching Quality of Law Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities,the curriculum construction of the core course Intellectual Property Literature Retrieval and Application of intellectual property specialty is carried out.The changes of the curriculum and the requirements for teachers and teaching resources are pointed out.It is proposed to avoid the homogenization of various professional courses in the law category.The problems in the curriculum construction such as the untimely update of the training program,and the lack of teaching resources are analyzed.The curriculum construction practice in the aspects of curriculum content,textbook development,practical teaching,information resources and teacher allocation is summarized.
