几种涤纶长丝的力学性能对比分析

摘  要:对凉爽涤纶丝、吸湿排汗涤纶丝、防紫外线涤纶丝、普通涤纶丝的基本结构和力学性能进行测试与分析,结果表明:吸湿排汗涤纶丝纵向表面有明显沟槽,凉爽涤纶丝、防紫外线涤纶丝与普通涤纶丝相似,纵向光滑且平直;结晶度大的纤维一般强度较大,变形能力较小;4种涤纶长丝中,普通涤纶丝的拉伸断裂强度、勾接强度和打结强度最大,然后依次是防紫外线涤纶丝、吸湿排汗涤纶丝、凉爽涤纶丝,断裂伸长率排序相反;同种纤维的勾接强度大于其打结强度,且均小于其拉伸断裂强度;凉爽涤纶丝的耐磨性能最好,然后依次是吸湿排汗涤纶丝、普通涤纶丝、防紫外线涤纶丝;几种涤纶长丝的力学性能均能满足纺织加工的需要。The basic structure and mechanical properties of cool polyester filament,wicking polyester filament,anti-UV polyester filament and ordinary polyester filament were tested and analyzed.The results show that there are obvious grooves on the longitudinal surface of wicking polyester filament,and the cool and anti-UV polyester filament are similar to ordinary polyester filament,which are smooth and straight in longitudinal direction.The fiber with greater crystallinity generally has greater tenacity and less deformation ability.Among the four kinds of polyester filament,the tensile breaking tenacity,loop tenacity and knotting tenacity of ordinary polyester filament are the largest,and the rest are anti-UV polyester filament,wicking polyester filament,and cool polyester filament,and the order of elongation at break is opposite.The loop tenacity of the same fiber is greater than the knot tenacity,and less than the tensile breaking tenacity.The wear-resistant performance of cool polyester filament is the best,and the rest are wicking polyester filament,ordinary polyester filament,and anti-UV polyester filament.The mechanical properties of several polyester filaments can meet the needs of textile processing.
