摘 要:针对工业平缝机缝制轻薄缝料时极易出现的起皱问题,从压脚、送布牙、机针、针板、缝纫线、拨线器、旋梭、挑线簧等角度具体分析了起皱原因,并提出了相应的解决方法。维修工技能考核方法是服装生产企业急需解决的难题,以轻薄缝料起皱为例,根据起皱原因逐项考核维修工能否在规定时间内,把工业平缝机从良好运行状态调至起皱故障状态,再调回良好状态,根据调试时长与质量判定维修工解决起皱故障的技能水平,为服装流水线建立科学合理的维修工考核体系提供新的思路及方法。In this paper,the causes are analyzed of wrinkling and propose solutions from the perspectives of presser foot,feed teeth,needle,needle plate,sewing thread,thread paddle,bobbin and thread picking spring.According to the causes of wrinkling,the maintenance workers are evaluated to see if they can solve the wrinkling problems on the industrial sewing machine from a good running state and back to a good state within a specified period of time,and the skill level of the maintenance workers in solving the wrinkling problems is determined according to the debugging time and debugging quality,so as to establish a scientific and reasonable assessment system for the garment assembly line.It provides new ideas and methods for the establishment of scientific and reasonable assessment system for maintenance workers in garment assembly line.
