摘  要:河流健康评价是河长制的重要内容,同时也是推动绿色发展、促进人与自然和谐共生的重要举措。将ESG理念融入到河流健康评价体系中,构建了以环境(E)、社会(S)、治理(G)为基本架构的河流健康评价指标体系;运用层次分析法和熵权法结合的方法确定指标权重,构建了基于物元可拓模型的河流健康评价模型并将该模型用于评价安徽省青流河流域的健康状况。研究结果表明:该评价体系可以评价河流的健康状态、分析河流健康等级发展趋势。研究成果为科学评价河流健康评价工作提供了重要支撑。River health evaluation is an important content of the river chief system,and also an important measure to promote green development and harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.Integrating the ESG concept into the river health evaluation system,a river health evaluation index system based on environmental(E),social(S),and governance(G)had been established.A river health evaluation model based on matter-element extension model had been established by using a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to determine the weight of indicators.The validation results of the Qingtong River case indicated that this evaluation system could evaluate the health status of rivers and analyze the development trend of river health levels.The research results can provide important support for the scientific evaluation of river health.
