摘　　要：为提高BIM模型编码和属性信息管理的标准化水平和效率,通过对信息模型分类和编码标准的研究,提出了一种基于分类编码的BIM模型编码和属性管理方法。同时对BIM模型编码和属性结构、属性模板库等进行了标准化设计,为水电工程BIM模型的编码和属性附加提供了标准化的模板库,并基于Bentley软件开发了相应的属性管理软件。该方法和软件已成功应用于多个水电工程项目,取得了良好的应用效果,可进一步推广应用至新能源工程、交通工程等多个领域。In order to improve the standardization level and efficiency of encoding and attribute information management of BIM model,based on the study of the classification and coding standards,we proposed an encoding and attribute management method of BIM model.We standardized the structure of coding and attributes of BIM model and the attribute template library,provided standard template library for encoding and attribute attaching for BIM model in the hydropower industry,and further developed a set of attribute management software based on BENTLEY.The method and software have been successfully applied in several hydropower projects and achieved good application results,and can be further applied to new energy engineering,traffic engineering and other fields.
